Renter's Insurance

A Renters Insurance Policy is required by all Lease Holders. This needs to be secured and a copy of the Declaration Page provided to the Leasing Office prior to move-in. All policies must include a MINIMUM $100,000 Liability Coverage and remain in force for the duration of the residents occupancy.

 I will be covered by my Parent’s Homeowner’s Policy and will provide a Declaration Page prior to move in. I will be obtaining Renter’s Insurance through the www.erenterplan.com program prior to my move in date. I will be obtaining Renter’s Insurance through the www.erenterplan.com program but would like further information and/or assistance by the Leasing Staff. (A member of our Leasing Staff will be contacting you via phone or email for further assistance) I will be obtaining Renter’s Insurance through another carrier and will provide a Declaration Page prior to move in.

Applicant must submit the sum of $35.00 for Single, $45.00 for Married (payable to CStar Management) AND the appropriate Deposit Amount ($200 - 1Bds, $250 - 2Bds) (payable to Monticello Village) prior to the application being run. The Application Fee is not a rental payment or deposit amount. In the event this application is approved or disapproved the Application Fee will be retained by the management to cover the cost of processing the application as furnished by the applicant. If the application is accepted, the deposit can be applied toward payment of my security deposit when I take possession of the apartment. If for any reason management decides to decline my application, management will refund this to me in full. I understand I may cancel this application by written notice within 72 hours and receive a full refund of this “good faith” deposit within 30 days of the cancellation. If I cancel after 72 hours or refuse to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, I understand this “good faith” deposit will be forfeited in full.
